Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging – for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Returned items will not be accepted unless a return has been requested in advance.

Damage and issues
