Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• Gift cards.
• Custom-made or personalised items.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
